I don't have the nutritional value on the chicken stuffing dish, but here it is: put chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. pour in 1 can of FF chicken broth. take 2 pouches of stove top stuffing dry and mix with 2 cans of whatever kind of cream soup - I used cream of chicken. put stuffing mixture on top of chicken breasts and cook on low fow 5-6 hours. yummy, the chicken just fell apart. Denise-I'm glad that link worked. I think chocolate would be way to dangerous for me. Amber got paided by my freind for helping her with Pecan Turtles from Candyland. I was so proud of myself they made it home. I did not even open the bag. If I did I would have been done for and she probably wouldn't have gotten any. But I was rewarded with one of them. Amber gave it to me. OMG...... Soooo good. Safer that way... I'm learning....

Shells: Yeah... I know the bag says the usual amounts... that is why I am afraid to use it! My WW leader (long ago) said to use half! I worry about wasting a recipe if it doesn't work well... either way!! Hopefully Sue will answer what she does... Thanks for the thoughts for us guys.I am completely numb I think.It's kinda weird.But anyway......Visit went good and I think the girls were glad to see their dad. I will be taking them back on sunday to see him after surgery.And will see tom then.I'm not sure if he will stay in sioux falls longer or be ready to come home...But when he is ready to come home I'll run down there and pick him up. ~~Happy Thanksgiving every one!!...
