My
McAfee SiteAdvisor appears to be working normally. This is on Firefox 3.5.5. I also have it on IE8, but I haven't checked that. Is yours still greyed out or has it started working again now?

It's a problem with the way MBAM reads the public folder, i think they are having a bit of trouble correcting it, but there is no threat from those files.

Hello Sarah, Did you actually have 5 updates to install, or was that a typo? I had the same 3 updates you mention above and nothing odd has happened. I did get a couple of updates on 12th Nov, so maybe they were the other 2 you needed if you had 5 to install. You could try going to Windows Update and running the 'Express' check to find out which updates have been downloaded ready to ...

All this indicates is that the ability to make changes to
active desktop is disabled and MBAM is attempting to enable it . If you don't want to see this again tell MBAM to ignore the scan result .
