I got Pat's birthday from her daughter Rita: Patricia Kimmi dob 10-06-1951 born in Hawaii as her parents were in the military. She went missing on 6 November 2009. I once heard a statement, "If your case is weak, try it in public." I am not sure if the defense thinks that the evidence is too weak for a conviction, or enough for a slam dunk. It appears they are thinking the latter.
