Values of Differing Domains

The only way I'd even consider using the old domain for your new product's site is if the inbound links to your existing site have link text that are relevant to your new product you are trying to promote. Having a PR4 site that about cars promoting something like bad credit loans will do you absolutely no good. If the theme of the old site is highly relevant to the new product you're promoting then I would consider promoting...

they can be the same sometimes. you post your article on article directory and blogs. if you maintain a blog, you write whatever you want, they way you want. no restrictions on content or quality. when you submit an artcile to press release or artcile directories, they usually get moderated so need to be of certain standard

Google does not care of domain tld used. They are important for ranking only in country results for cc level domains. .info extension can be bad solution just because they are cheap, and are more often used for spammy sites, than other.

In my experience, new domains take a long time to rank without high-quality, relevant links. I'd try and use the old domain to feed visitors to a new subdomain.

If you want to know which URLs are indexed at Google, search for site:yourdomain.com at Google. When I do this I can see 24 results with content... (BTW I would get rid of JEFF- out of all of your <title> elements... No one is going to search for "jeff website ...

Its not necessary to have outbound links on your page, thats what I think, I am not sure what google thinks about it. May be google attaches relevance to see if you have linked to the right on-topic context-worthy websites in your same niche. By linking to these other sites, you do add value to that other site.

From what I've seen, traffic by itself does not affect PR. PR is a matter of how much Google "likes" your website and this usually is affected by the number of quality backlinks your website has.

yaa nice article i think Building an authority link wheel can help your site generate some powerful backlinks and that in turn pushes your site up to the top of the search engines. It's rather easy to do, albeit a bit time consuming. Here's how to create a poweful Authority Link Wheel. 1.The Authority Link Wheel 2.Adding Content 3.Promoting The Wheel 4.The Power to Expand

Not surprising at all, especially if your site has been linked to sites and blogs with high PR. Increasing PR is pretty easy. Boosting your SERP is another story.

Irrelevant backlinks in the sense are arriving from crap sites like porn or warez then Google penalises the site which is being referred. You need to be careful even when you submit your website to directory submissions as most of the submissions happen automatically, the sites are submitted to link farms which are actually blacklisted by Google.

Yes, it will get seen by Google that they are all hosted on the same IP and end up doing yourself more harm than good. You need authority sites to get any benefit anyway - creating yourself a network of sites and linking to each other or just one site will do you no favours at all.
