Where have you read this data? I don't think that G adwords might be charging that much. Strange and if this is truth then each who have their website highly ranked in Alexa will be millionaire in days.

I have heard of them. The bad thing of them is that you will have to email them the invoice/report monthly to get pay once you reached the limited.

Your misreading it.. You can get paid by cheque (which takes time to be mailed to you) or get paid instantly with Paypal (on a NET30 basis) Hope that clears it up
