He could Also just Link to other Blogs I use Zemanta to Find Related Posts and just put a Few Links in there and Sometimes they Link back.

If your site is interesting, submit pages to social bookmarking sites and see if people are interested in your content and make links to it. If not you'll have to do the links yourself.

You got banned because they think you're a risk to their advertisers. Most likely because of invalid clicks.

I doubt you'll get banned. However, it seems to imply Adsense isn't suited for your site. Maybe you should try a CPM network + intext link network instead.

One two times is fine to consider as "accidentally". Nothing much to worry However, dont make it happen again and again or you will get banned
