You need to get more backlinks to your sites. Also, your domain is about to expire in 14 days. That could be one of the reasons.

if you change your title page, it will effect ranking. Title is one of important factors. Structure of URLs or website is important too. It can get down your rank (sometime increase your rank with some keywords). If you make good structure, rank will be up. Make it bad, your rank will be down. But don't worry.
