I personally try not to outsource anything. I've worked on the backend in website development, and the marketing side for many years; my biggest lack is design. Thankfully my wife took up that role and does most of our design work while I handle anything technical.
The only things we do outsource are the translation of the design from the PSD to whatever system we are using, lately magento ...

Seems like a pretty good article, but lengthy and admittedly I didn't read it all.
Honestly, I still think good old fashioned interviews are the best way to go. I look at my place of employment and we have several different departments. One hires solely on work experience, but my department combines experience, what you know, etc. My department has a far better track record with its employees...

What is the big deal here? You need to verify your phone number in order to post classifieds, this isn't something new, they've been requiring that for at least the last 3 months. It's people spamming and scamming on Craigslist that really f'd up that site and the phone verification is one way to eliminate those people.

I may talk chinese but there are 3 main things to do to avoid being ghosted or flagged:
1. Run your autoposter chained with proxies, chain proxies so they switch, use socks 5 not simple proxies
2. Create a different account with a different mail and ip for each ad
3. Use tokens, unique content on every ad
This should get you up.

I don't think online advertising would work in this case.. I agree times are tough and so many restaurants are going out of business..
