Hi, I saw this tutorial where the guy was using Coda, and it looks heaps more impressive than Filezilla, so I'm looking to download it... BUT I'm running Windows XP and Code seems to only be available for Macs. Is there any free alternative to Coda for windows? Thanks.

SpyFu is great in explaining to clients why PPC may be more expensive. Of course it is very approximate but it has helped me on several occasions to upsell clients who wanted to spend $10 a month on PPC ;-p I personally don't think you are wasting your money and just wish there were more competitor analysis tools out there.
