With only 3 posts on the blog, you're not likely to earn a lot on adsense. Focus on the content more than on the money and then maybe you can make the cut.

Some times, when i login to update my site, i think there is some virus problem distrubs me during updating site. Can any body help me to remove the problem? please, please, site is http://www.new-top-hot.com

I wouldn't expect them to change anything soon. Google had lots of problems with fraudulent clicks in the past from those countries and I just don't think its time for them to make any changes.
