You need to be in the correct mode before clicking on the tree, so that you do not move it instead. I think the problem was that you were not in the correct mode and this is not a glitch. I hope you are able to decorate your tree soon.

No, not at all!
Mods and admins close threads for many reasons, they can either be inappropriate, inactive etc.
It happens to us all sooner or later and it does not affect your post count or anyhting else

I would put it on one of your secondary accounts. While large numbers don't seem to make any real difference, more than one can be a bit of a boost.

uhm...very interesting. I don't know the answer to this one.
I could not get in today either...but the window popped up and "walked" me through to the park, but then it wouldn't load.
Hopefully someone knows the answers to this. If you don't get an answer you might want to call Ganz.

They're not supposed to appear in the dock. The decorations can only be accessed on the screen where you decorate your Christmas tree. Just click on your tree and you should get something like this:
Only the Tree and the Window (if you put in 25 decoration codes) go in your dock.

Hmm, I'm not quite sure. I think if you stop buying things from his store and tipping him for awhile you go down a level. I don't really go to the Curio Shop often. Sorry that I wasn't for sure, but I hope I helped.

Hmmm... That's weird! At this point, the best way to judge would be a picture of the pup. Unfortunately, Some people copy the designs, and make fakes sometimes, just for the money!
