Hi,
I need your advice. I'm looking for the best web design tool that's easy to use for a beginner like me. I will be studying

Use
div tag and set it style with floating options.
example:
<div>
<div style="float:left">"your ads code" </div>
<div style="float:right">"your Header code" </div>
</div>
It will works fine but you need some modification for your needs.

Have a nice day,
