Iv'e been doing weight training for about half a year now. Around november of last year i was about 130 lbs and by June 08 i was arouond 155 but it just stableized. I can do the weight but i just cant seem to get bigger. I've been taking protein supplements (muscle milk) for a while. Is there any way to increase the muscle-gain without spending $100000000000000000 on shakes and whatnot?...

I have been trying to get information on how the body processes fat grams. For example, a carbohydrate goes through the system and turns into glucose which in turn is used to create energy which we burn through physical activity and life functions. If you eat more carbohydrates than you burn through physical activity and life functions, the glucose turns into fat and stores within your ...

I have factors that affect my eating habits. I'm going through a ton of stress, anxiety, and nervousness. I get such hunger pains and I want to eat but I just feel sick and end up throwing up. Going on 2 days without eating and all I can do is dry heave now and it hurts. But it won't stop, it's involuntary. I need help.

I am 25 years old, 5'9 and 118 pounds. I have always been skinny but not this skinny. Everyone tells me how great I look for having 4 kids, but I need to gain weight! I don't even exercise! I want to exercise to be healthy, but at the same time I don't want to lose weight. I get hungry alot and eat lots of meals throughout the day with my busy kid schedule. I know you can get health ...

So I'm not sure that I need to be concerned, but I thought I would see what other people thought. I'm 18 and about 5' tall. I've always been pretty petite and weighed around 94-96 lbs. Over the last few months I have lost weight and I'm not sure why. I'm down to about 86 or 87 which puts me below a healthy BMI. I haven't changed anything in my diet or exercise. Any advise would be great! ...

I am 26 years old. I am 5'6" and I weigh any where between 87 and 92 lbs. I have always been underweight. I used to weigh right at 98 lbs. when I was younger. Now, I've had two babies and I am currently breast feeding my daughter. I figure that is why I can't even get back up to that weight. I have never had an eating disorder, I'm not really stressed out, I do not smoke, and as far as I ...
