Just a few remienders for when people call in to call centers for support or customer service.... 1. the rep on the phone is there to help you so yelling swaring and calling the rep names will not in anyway help your case. 2.You are calling them for help so dont talk down to them like their stupid they do their jobs day in and day out and for the most part know what they are doing. DS is going through a phase the last month or so where he doesn't want to let me brush is teeth.
