Hi, After 16 years of marriage, my ex wife was caught cheating etc.... a few months prior, I had a vasectomy. at the time I thought it was the "right" decision. Lies. The clinic just wants to sign you up for IVF. How long have you been trying to conceive? What other considerations have you implemented to improve fertility chances? Make sure he doesn't stand with that hot water directly hitting his testicles. Over heating those guys will cause problems and the reason behind why his testicles are housed outside the body cavity. Warm is okay but extremely hot would be concerning. With herbal supplements I do have concern. Some herbs are good while others can be toxic to sperm production....

Thanks so much Amy for all of the helpful information. Well, we went to the doctor and his numbers were back! We are so thrilled. He was now at 70 million sperm, and 67% motility postive, morphology was normal, but I don't remember the number. You are right, the Arimidex was expensive, and now he is adding the Clomid to help boost the Testosterone...

No idea. There are so many things that can contribute to low count. It sounds like you've been through appropriate testing and help, but don't have a urologist who specializes in male fertility.
