Congratulations on the weight loss. I don't see anything wrong with your original lipid profile. Not sure exactly what you did to lose the 15 lbs, but to answer your question, fats should make up approx 25% to 30% of total calories consumed.

Leonard: Cholesterol is different from saturated fat, that's why labels list both. Once saturated fat is digested, some is converted to cholesterol.
