Actually it depends on the person, its really hard to say, because I almost always email my father, nearly never call or text(we both have email on phones) My wife when we are away I call, gets to be too many back and forth. Friends, varies on the friend, some I only call, some text/call, and some only via IM with the exception if we are meeting. I personally prefer the NY Times design to the BBC design. I also like the Wall Street Journal design quite a bit. All that said, the BBC design is still pretty nice in my opinion! -mike

Be carefull on the amount of carrots you eat. The pigment in the carrots at high levels can actually make your skin have a orange hue. My Mother quit using Celery.
