Actually it depends on the person, its really hard to say, because I almost always email my father, nearly never call or text(we both have email on phones) My wife when we are away I call, gets to be too many back and forth. Friends, varies on the friend, some I only call, some text/call, and some only via IM with the exception if we are meeting. I personally prefer the NY Times design to the BBC design. I also like the Wall Street Journal design quite a bit.
All that said, the BBC design is still pretty nice in my opinion!

Be carefull on the amount of carrots you eat. The pigment in the carrots at high levels can actually make your skin have a orange hue.
