I recommend you place your specific request in the FIND A HOST option. That is something what can't be placed obviously on the web site of the provider. I suppose that would be one of the ways to get information quicker

Everybody has a different budget and different requirements. It is important that end-users are realistic with their expectations within those constraints; but that is not to say that value for money cannot be had by shopping around.

GoDaddy is the worst. Some of their ads make me question what they are really selling -- and its not domains.
I find it disgusting. I am disinclined to buy from a vendor that resorts to those tactics.

Never heard of them and it seems like they are pretty new (unless they changed names):

If you have questions about their products, you should ask them directly.

The answer is unprofessional (therefore I chosen answer no.3). Support should never say - "we can terminate whoever we want and for any reason we want".
If there was any kind of abuse - they may do something, but if customer desires to buy licence - why not sell it?
By the way, answer of Zamfoo would be appreciated.

Sorry
They already got you why do they need to do it again I guess is the philosophy.
Kinda like the cable company giving away new boexs to new customers and old customers get nothing. I guess the only way tomake it fair is to do something big for your own folks if you have a hosting ompany.

Was it IT consulting or hosting?
If it's a story of hosting company, it would be interesting for me, especially the details, the view from within (what may not be visible for customers like me).

Some things you should consider:
-What level of flexibility do you need?
Many hosts provide " load-balancing" clouds which are great in terms of being highly scalable; the down-side to this type of setup is that someone else is in control of your environment and you can't have full-root access. If you're okay with the downside this is probably your most affordable and scalable bet....

The actual ratio is 1024, however a lot of people including myself just use 1GB to make "1000MB" shorter in text.

Are you currently on a cPanel host? Most hosts will move your stuff over free of charge. I would google companies people suggest and get reviews on them.

charge back with paypal dispute or if you used a credit card through paypal or not just charge back with the credit card company This is the only way to get a refund through them. It's what I had to do. They refuse refunds. They will actually say no even if your refund is for a valid reason. According to their refund policy you do not even need to give a reason within 30 days: ...

I signed up with a host yesterday and haven't received my account info yet. I'm trying to go to their website to ask a question and their homepage is down. Now I'm a little nervous about hosting a site with them.
I just need a host for a new Wordpress blog and my budget is $10 a month. A host with a great reputation and not that unlimited hosting crap. lol

I don't think it should be a deal breaker for anybody looking at a potential host.
I know that many small businesses, if they can even afford to maintain a live chat presence, would rather spend the money saved by not having to man a live chat desk around the clock on other aspects of their service.

Hello
I guess that you are hosted on the server 43, which indeed have some problems, yesterday there was a customer overloading the server, today another site on the same server was causing some troubles to the point on where the load was to over 100, we are already working on this and trying to permanently fix the issues. We appreciate your patience.

Wow that is very poor indeed, they won't get far with that approach. I hope you have better luck with your new provider.
