What defines "unique" for a hosting template? I mean no offense, but these modern day hosting templates all look the same way in terms of set up and many design elements are the same.

Semantic Valid Markup

Quote: I've done website designs using "semantic valid markup" because customers specifically ask for it. I'm not going to turn them down for their beliefs. Its their site not mine and people do seem to be all on the whole "semantic valid markup" trend right now so why not. If I thought it was "harming" their site, I would speak up. But that's not the case. Care to share...

Hi, Quote: No one says anything about Drupal, isn't good enough? I thought it was one of the best. I have used practically every opensource CMS at least a few times, except Drupal, which I gave up on during the first try. No idea why, possibly the system per se just baffles me, but I felt it was fighting what I wanted every step. I've never had that with other CMS, I even made friends with that curious French system for online...

Multisite deployment

Hi Losvre Am 100% sure Magento will run multi-store Ecommerce. So you can manage a lot of different shops, on unique domains, from one admin panel. Some CMS will run it, Expression Engine is one. And Drupal like we've already mentioned. Apart from these few you have to look to bespoke solutions. I know the guys at Webnetism - they have a multi-store ASP.net Ecommerce and CMS system - and really nice it is too. Custom system though, and...

The 3 that come to mind are always WordPress, Drupal and Joomla. The latter i don't personally like, but I am a great fan of WordPress and Drupal. WP because of its ease of use and implementation, and Drupal for its extreme extensibility and flexibility. Drupal comes with a price (although its free) it has QUITE a steep learning curve. WordPress on the other hand is not as powerful as Drupal, but...

According to statistics around 10% of people out there still use IE6. I made the mistake of building a site with transparent PNGs that was going to be primarily viewed on IE6..regrettable.
It can be a huge pain to deal with, but it's not something I would overlook.

Hello, I dealt with Payton recently and found he was very unresponsive, failing to live up to his guarantees without informing you about it and not finishing the job completely. The work itself was sufficiently good but the attitude was highly unprofessional and I decided not to use him again in the future.
Good luck to you though, hope you'll sort it out somehow and get what you expect (and ...

Sorry if I've posted this is the wrong area..
I am in the process of redesigning my company website. My company currently offers Freelance Web Design and Web Hosting. I have been working on a package for a specific target customer which will include hosting and web design all in one.
As there will be many details, I feel it would be too much to include this as another product on my ...

Good idea, and good luck on the PayPal dispute -- if it reaches that point. Fortunately, PayPal will often (but not always) protect you in cases involving " intangible items".

Put off? No
But I have to agree that the prices are ridiculously low.
You have defined pretty well how you do your business. Go with your way, and why bother with what others do?
Personally, I don't even give any of my source files to my customers. I don't even have PSD's. If they ask me for my layered PNG's or AI's, they will have to pay a premium price for it, usually 2~3 times of the ...
