Does you target market use the directories... if so it might be worth listing. Yahoo is probably the best paid directory. Tried out business.com but just received spam and bot traffic. Actually most of the big paid directories are crap unless your market is national or international. Most small to medium business would not benefit from being listed on such large, international directories.
