That in the end is irrelevant though. The package is $9 per month, which is actually in the range of budget shared hosting. You can reasonably expect 100+ accounts to be placed per server. Assuming that the server has a 100mbps unmetered connection, the average customer...

hello there, I have a few clients that i would like to resell hosting to but i thought(for some reason) that i would be able to bill them through cpanel itself. After going through cpanel This doesn't seem like case! So i was wondering, How do you guys go about billing clients? Just direct debits? Thanks for any advice!

I generally don't like writing bad reviews about companies unless I feel that they have tried nothing to resolve an issue and I don't want to see anyone else waste their time like Reseller Zoom wasted mine. @HostYourIdea By monthly "hosting account" I take it you're referring to an invoice? I would recommend try contacting them again to get this sorted out because the last thing you want is a stack of invoices that you're responsible for. Off course if you have a cancellation reference number then you're safe.
