Did you checked the httpd.conf file in the new and ex server? Also did you try to create one of that accounts manually before?

I'm using WHMCS becouse it's easy to use and has many payment gateways. It's also easy to customize and you can easily fit it with your website.

I'd go with vbulletin any time over any other forum software out there. However if you're looking for free solution, I would suggest SMF (simple machines forum) it's a mature application, has decent security track record compared to other open source forums, it's feature rich and allows easy customizations.

Just create another host header xyz.com, you should be able to view both xyz.com and www.xyz.com
