You don't even have your servet yet, how can you claim that they do not offer support? Just because Livechat does not work too good with them? Gee, I am really out of this thread. Do whatever you think is right. Again, good luck!

Quote: If i want to have some dedicated servers " CPU : Quad Core " from USA, what do you recommend to me? I think there are plenty of web hosting companies within US. At least do the search in the web hosting offers forums here. And search for the name of the company on the Webhostingstuff and find more reviews about them

With that low bandwidth usage, you can go 100Mbps BGP easily, Most DC give 100Mpbs port with 2000Gb to 5000Gb of transfert. And your user will have better speed than Unmetered Network. What is the bitrate of your streams? With that you can count how many users before your line is full.

Members, hosts and hosted alike, share their poor experiences 100 times more often than the positive ones. I do not recommend using WHT as your primary resource when choosing whether or not to enter the hosting industry. There are successful hosts that don't even have an account. And there are many potential clients that have never even heard of WHT. I, for one, had been spending money on hosts for years before I even knew of this forum.

Let's hope they get it sorted asap, now you are down during the weekend and I think that's also not appreciated by your clients (if you host for clients on your server).

I didn't say the car was insured. I said if it wasn't insured. Actually, pointless to continue on here. I will have John upload the images of proof he has thus far, and post in here. I'm not the one with all the details, though I'm just here trying to help clarify it up a little. PS: Personally, I don't care about proof as much as taking actions. That's me though, as I personally have a hard time looking at the...

Oh so you finally caught up with the tip of the iceberg. But still the cake is sooooooo big that everyone can have a nice piece of it. Well those well known hosts and fair practice companies know very well that doing shady business wont keep them in the industry for long, and those who do this business unprofessionally or think this is a get rich quick scheme are out with 2-3 years or in worst ...

I have been using Hostdime for reseller accounts for 5 years. The network is solid and the support is great (always there). They always know before I do if a client's account gets compomised and they work with me. Sorry I have no experience with dedis with them.

I could use it for projects like WCG (WorldCommunityGrid), but there must be something out there that would justify the use of a server more than these projects (it would still keep the network unused and same goes for the RAM actually).
It seems you are worrying about RAM
And can you increase your RAM? Does your server configuration ...

Doesn't seem to be much recent stuff on them via search, so hard to say. Hopefully a current customer will come along and let us know how they're doing.
One thing is for sure though, a new website wouldn't hurt them!

Some popular ones are in the Sci-Fi genre'.
Star Wars
Star Trek
etc..
If I had to do it again, I'd probably look at something along the line of Route 66' icons/stops.
For now, I've pretty much always used things from "Casablanca".

I'm newbie here and i learn a lot. Currently I do not understand why the price of the server is so different. P4 server, a company to $ 159, but some just $ 59 or less. Similarly, Core 2 Quads server, and some companies are simply Otherwise to $ 99, but some companies still be $ 199 or more.
The same server, the same in the US, why is there such a big gap?Someone can explain it?
