I'd love to meet someone at the Maine/NB border for some turkey, dressing and gravy. I don't have a passport, but, surely, if you left it at customs, they would pass it along.

Is there a differance in the nutritional content of frozen fish or meat vs. fresh? Frozen fish is all thats available here in Indiana too. Lately, I've been eating more chicken and fish, it seems. I'm finding that there seem to be a lot more low calorie ways to do more things with them, than with red meat. I've also heard that fish oil can lower cholesterol. as can picnogenol. It seems that fish oil is also good for whatever...

I tried to punch it up, and I got a "404 Error" message. Oops? Then again, I got a Yuku video in the way, so. Still, thanks for sharing. Lucky Sheila. hee.

I hope this holiday finds you all well, and with family or friends. I wish I could be with my extended family but I have always had some family with me, I am thankful. I love time with my family; this has always been one of my favorite holidays; the excuse to eat pie is just an extra.

Sheila, What night's will you be there? After reading this article I wish I could go see it, but due to my health concerns earlier this year my medical bills are keeping me from even seeing my sister this year at Christmas. So I'll focus on going in June instead. I wonder if he might do a play this summer. I might be able to go for that. Please keep us up to date. This sounds like a wonderful play! Thanks, Cathy

Sheila, It's a good thing you are seeing this twice. Bet there will be nuances and perhaps whole layers that don't come through the first time. This sounds like a profound work, which Sam no doubt will carry off beautifully.

Glad you had such a great day! Mine was so quiet about the only way I could tell it was a holiday was I had to cook more. :-) And a lot of it was stuff I
couldn't eat anyway. Did find a good low-calorie sweet potato and pineapple recipe that was yummy, though.

Fabulous article! I'm hoping that Shela and Samsonite give us full details. The play sounds like a good one. Wonder if Sam borrowed from Lynn's
accent for his character? His British accent in "Travesties" was great!

Thanks for posting these. I see we have a couple of mini marathons and TNT is showing L&O in primetime on Tuesday's now. Great news.

I enjoyed it too. I haven't seen Elliot Gould in ages. He did a great job. I would have thought that Jack was smart enough to realize that the Grand
Jury wasn't going to indict Stan for murder with the flimsy evidence they had - not after everybody was calling him a hero and Mike was the one who
presented the award. This wasn't the strongest episode of the season but it was enjoyable anyway.

While the more I learn about JFK, the less I like him, I still remember the horror of that day. I was just reading, that there was a 4th grade class in
Dallas, who cheered when told JFK had been killed. And who says there's no need to curtail the gun culture we live in! But, I still marvel at the
country we live in, that a leader can be killed, and democracy stilll carries on.

KIDDING! Anything whole grain, leafy green vegetables, fish, lean beef, chicken...pretty much anything you scrape off the bottom of your shoe.
My sister has an iron deficiency and she takes an iron supplement.

I agree with #3. Although it may be awkward down the road, who's to say that you shouldn't fall in love!?? Given that people work closely together for
more hours than anywhere else, it's only natural that some pairing off will occur. Plus one can argue that similar interests are a good start to a
relationship.
