Thanks for the link. The thing that had me wondering is that the "Carlos Coste Chrono LE" has areas of highly polished Titanium and then the Satin Finish(Think thats what they call it) this is the reason why i have not tried to take a crack at polishing or buffing out any marks on this watch myself. I would imagine that a brushed finish would be the easier of finishes to restore. But yeah, I\'m dealing with high polished...

I\'m looking for a rubber strap right now. I like to change the look and feel of a watch ever once in a while. Any suggests as to where to start looking?

Wear it for all activities - you have a tool watch - the scratches, nicks, and dents show the character of the watch.

hi folks, i bought this on saturday last from stu1 on here and it arrived yesterday at my local post sorting office, i collected it this morning. its so beautiful, i can definitely say im a happy camper. here are so pics i took when i got home. the pictures are of low quality due to the ridiculous restrictions placed on me by my isp due to the fact that i am what they call a "heavy user" eg i actually use all my down and...

yeah good link you have to remember Titanium is very soft so its easy to polish in a "polished" finish rather than brushed. I had an old BC3 which was brushed and as it got scratched i polished it with brasso and it slowly brought the case up to a polished finish which i prefered rather than the brushed finish.....if this makes sense....

Great watch. You will enjoy it. I have the 1000m model and it is such a rugged watch. Lately I have been forcing myself to wear my "other" timepiece . I am wearing my Oris as we speak, on rubber. Note, the rubber strap is after market, from ebay for $35. It is actually pretty good. The only drawback is that it only comes with a steel clasp. Yes, I am a hairy dude.

Does anyone have this watch? Thoughts/opinions? I saw under the dealer sale section, someone is selling them $975. That's quite a bit off of MSRP, but i know it's old new stock, so there should be hefty discount. Given the moon phase, day/date and 2nd time zone, seems like a pretty complicated movement for the price?

Very nice piece. Oris divers are a line that I\'d really like to learn more about. I\'d be interested in hearing your thoughts on the new watch after you\'ve worn in a few days. Congrats!

I owned the SS Small Seconds and loved it. Now own the Titan Chrono. In terms of scratches and marks, this watch shows wear no more than the SS models. I wear mine doing yardwork, play tennis 4-5 days/week-I do have it on the rubber strap. The bracelet is in the box.

It's new today, right out of the box and on the arm. Oris TT1 all titanium. After trying many times to get in touch with a Canadian dealer I gave up. Order it on line, came right to my door and missed customs. That's money in my bank. Only took 10 days from ordering it to my arms. Only had to take 2 links out of the bracelet. The pictures are poor but will try to get some nice ones on the ...

Or can anyone recommend a place that refinishes titanium cases and bracelets??? Thank you in advance. Wired

What are your thoughts on the Oris watches sold by Amazon? The prices are great and would let me get my hands on a William\'s F1 sooner. I have purchased a TAG F1 from Amazon previously with no issues, but seeing how the Oris is a bit more complex being auto, not sure how that will factor in. Also, Amazon seems to have incorrect descriptions even within the same item. Opinions?

I think the Formula 1 would look more classy with a suit, but I like the diver for everyday wear.
