Nice pics - yeah the Helson is one great watch isn\'t it. What really blew me away was how great the dial/hands combo was at this price point and the extremely well done lume.

Hi - I recently took delivery of a Steinhart Ocean-1 "Vintage Red", whilst this is a lovely-looking watch, I think I\'m going to have to return it, as at 42mm I think it looks just too big on my puny 6.5"/16.5cm wrists So... am now trying to think for alternatives at 40mm or smaller (though I think a 36mm "mid size" would be far too small). Its mostly going to be a "desk...

I mean it literally! I'm not a fan of polished wachtes, I prefer the look of brushed metal. A while back I bought an affordable Sekonda that although great for it's intended use- anything that might damage the watch- it had a polished case and the bracelet had brushed center links, and polished outter links. In short, too many polished surfaces to my taste. I decided to donate the watch's "body"...
