My wrist is about the same size and I thought it was entirely too big when I tried it on. But, thats no substitute for your own opinion. Go try it on. You might like it a lot.

Ron These are stunning pictures. I now have THE coolest wallpaper. I have to say that you really know how to kick a man when he\'s down though. I have a spare UTC on a Fighter bracelet, I have just purchased two B\'s in the last month, (allbeit a good friend as bought one of the old "troopers"....watch this space all ), Christmas is coming and Mrs Gav will no doubt want the skin, let alone the shirt off my back, I...

Very sharp! I have recently been looking at that model for a daily wear. Ti would seem to be very comfortable and the superquartz extremely accurate. The utc is just a bonus. Enjoy. Best, Frank

I suppose you chose it because you love it -' + '- not just because it is the biggest one. In which case you should not be worried about the other\'s perception. I suspect your question can\'t be answered objectively, but for me , yes, it is too large/heavy/thick a watch, and would look out of proportion on me (unless I\'m trying to express something along the lines of "mine is bigger than yours")....

My B not keeping time, help

See how you go with the settings first. If it is still not good then use your AD to ship it to Breitling under warranty. I have my doubts that its the watch itself. Could be, but rare for it to behave like this from new. Why don\'t you just wear it for a couple of days to a week 24/7 to see how it keeps time under normal circumstances then look at the winder issue.

After 3 years of ownership, I still feel that "you get what you pay for" also in case the of the B-1. That\'s a rather nice piece of kit, that comes full with features that cannot be accomplished without a battery. Though it\'s a quartz watch, the movement never ceases to amaze me with its incredible accuracy. You can buy one safely, and probably won\'t be disappointed! Good luck with your ...

Hi all, My wife's Breitling Colt Oceane quartz has had problems since I bought it with running slow...within a few weeks of buying it, the second hand began "skipping" seconds which is the end of life indication(?). AD changed the battery, but within a few more months it was losing several minutes/day. This time AD sent it back to Breitling. Turnaround was quick, only a few weeks....

My Chronomat Evolution that I purchased new in the Fall of 2006 has a choppy seconds hand on the chronograph. I wear my watch at least once per week and it is stored on a timed Wolf watch winder when not on my wrist. The normal seconds hand on the subdial still sweeps very smoothly. I don\'t normally use this function and it used to be smooth, so am I correct in assuming that the choppiness is a...

I was at my AD this morning buying a present for my wife. While my salesman was ringing me up I wandered over to the Breitling display and the watch that called out to me was the Blackbird. I tried it on and it is very comfortable. The Salesman said he couldn\'t keep the steelfish in stock which is what I was looking for, but when I saw the BB I forgot all about the others. Time to save my ...

Hi All, just wondering what everyone's perfect watch would be, if money were no object and it could be done? Mine?....Well my Breitling love affair started in 2001 when I purchased a B1 (why-o-why did I get shot of that one?). Then I got a titanium M1 Chrono Avenger in 2003, shortly followed by a Super Avenger (which I still have). I think Breitling's are simply the best watches available and (...

Very, very hard to tell, and if it is a fake i would say it\'s a good one. If i had to choose though, i would say, fake. Truly hope i\'m wrong, but the bezel doesn\'t look right and the lack of colour contrast between the dial and lumed arabics. Nick, (hopes he\'s wrong)

A full service requires taking your entire watch apart, so the bracelet is already removed from the case. Polishing it is a matter of a few minutes at most. Check out the video: http://www.breitling.com/service/index1.php

Just impossible to choose between them! I think you can only try them both on and hope the SA looks too big on you to make your mind up. For me, as I have the BB , I would go for the larger SA, and if it had the skyland numerals, life would be that much easier!!
