GNC AMP 189 Creatine Digestion?
Published (2009-11-26 19:51:00)
I've heard of this happening frequently with GNC 189 AMP specifically. Most people do end up just breaking open the capsules. The only problem with this brand specifically is that it's more expensive than other brands, but it's not any less effective. I personally don't have any digestion problems with AMP, but I did ask the GNC employee what he thought about what I had heard (the capsules coming up in stool), and he said...

APS Ultra Mass Stack
Published (2009-11-24 13:22:00)
Thanks Tom, I am back to normal now. I did get myself checked out by my Doctor. He told me other than some protein in my urine the tests came back normal. I think you're right about the water retention being related to the strength gains. I can see now that there is no point in taking PH/DS products.

Published (2009-11-24 16:57:00)
Well I work in the oilfield so im out of town a lot and dont have access to a very good gym and you eat what is cooked for you. Theres a couple diff things to pick from but you cant have something made for you. I wake up at 345 am and usually have 3 of those individual peanut butter containers (1 tablespoon each ? again, you work with what you got) and a banana and water then head down there. My workout consists of compound lifts as you see in...

I don't think there is such a thing, and if there was the person who invented it would be a billionaire.
Just calculate the amount of food/calories you need in order to gain muscle without going over and gaining unwanted fat.
fitday.com is a good place to start calculating such things.
Also start reading the stickies and do some more searching around the site. Lots of good info...

You probably haven't found the information you're looking for because
there's no reason to cycle off creatine. As far as pre WO supplements, just
make your own with bulk powders of whatever you want in it. You'll save
money and have more control that way.

It is a Halodrol-50 clone. These products are named after steroids or named to sound like steroids so that people think that they will be equally as effective/safe - but in reality that is simply not the case.
At 19 years old and with your current statistics I would avoid PH/DS products completely. Your friend may have gained 9 lbs while taking this supplement but most of it was likely water...

You can look at the ingredient list pretty easily and figure out everything you need to know.
NO-xplode is a creatine/NO product with some caffeine and sugar.
Creatine is a creatine product.
As for methods of action, there is really nothing to suggest that apart from a mental boost during the workout that NO products do anything to ...

I have not used anything from Myogenix (tried samples at a trade show once but that is about it).
This product uses Waxy-Maize, which unfortunately is one of those supplements that was hyped-up but has not performed and most companies have abandon it. WMS was supposed to be a fast- digesting carbohydrate that can be used to rush nutrients into your system, but most experts agree that it does...
