How much research have you done on PH/DS products? My advice would be to stay away from these type of supplements, but if you needed a boost in the gym then adding a PWO protein supplement and a quality creatine would be a good place to start. Both are relatively inexpensive and safe/effective. You could also add a pre-workout stimulant like caffeine; another proven way to boost your performance in the gym. Additional: When you name an OTC...

Straight Whey Protein.

Whey or any protein supplement is just a supplement for your diet. Add as much as you need to hit your protein goals for the day. If you want to eat 200g or protein a day and are getting 100g from whole food then you would use 100g from supplements. If you eat 200g from whole foods then you don't even need to add any whey.

also if you're concerned about your cholesterol levels, look into fish oil and flaxseed oil and soluble fiber which can be acquired by eating whole grains. they labels usually says fiber content and below that the soluble fiber content.

Damn, I tried some combinations with orange results and for me water and Results was the best combination ever. I tried with gatorade and I really didn't like the flavor. I tried with other juices, orange, cranberry, but it doesn't taste so good. I think water is the best. I miss my orange blast

Alpha-E(epi/tren) keto cut log
Hey guys, I am 5'11 195 and about 14%bf. I spent the last 3.5 years going from a skinny fat kid at probably around 160lbs and 20%bf to bulking up to 235lbs at 20%bf. I then spent almost a year cutting down using things such as EC and I got to where I am now. I would like to cut the last bit of fat off and get to ...

Supplement advice wanted
I checked the stickies, but still have a few questions.
Currently, I eat a healthy diet most of the time, 6 small meals a day. When I snack, it's usually fruits or nuts.
As far as supplements, I currently take a cheap Walmart Protein Powder (whey, 1 scoop) with skim milk and oatmeal each morning, and a ...

The general consensus is that the creatine in protein bars is going to be subpar. I suggest switching to creatine powder. because it is cheaper than the capsules, although some prefer capsules because of the ability to toss them in a gym bag.
Try this: http://atlargenutrition.com/nutritio...?products_i d=3
Also, 5 grams seems to do the trick.

I would take it about 45-60 minutes prior to working out. That is when you want the creatine to begin working in you. Check to make sure it is a creatine monohydrate and not a "proprietary blend" because that means you really aren't getting 5 grams of creatine.

weight gainer for a petite female
I'm helping one of my co-workers gain weight and she seems to have trouble doing so. She claims she eats a lot but I never see her do on my 8 hour shift. Try Nitor http://atlargenutrition.com/nutritio...products_id =12 It's the strongest fat burner I have ever tried. I defy anyone to try them and say they don't feel the difference.

Weight gain associated with Creatine?
I've been taking the AtLarge Creatine powder for about a month now. I generally have one serving after training and in that month, I have packed on 10 pounds. My diet has not changed and I have only added a bit more hypertrophy work to the mix.
I do look larger and the muscles are round and full (a ...
