19 March 2008 DE Bench Day Bench Press barx10 135x8 add mini bands (85lbs. tension at the top, 35 or so at the bottom) every bench from here was with mini's 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 done. Felt pretty fast with it, too. Overhead Press 95x5 115x5 135x5 160x3 160x3 160x3 done. Disappointed here, but shoulders ...

So I've finally decided to make one of these. I've been on just about every damn program out there but I've only given about 2 of them a shot (3+ months). Another member of 107 Barbell checking in. Little background to start. 5'9'', 22 yrs old (23 in May), was aroudn 225 aa few weeks ago and i am now cutting to 200 for a SM comp in mid/late June. Right now the focus is on SM, with some ME squats and pulls thrown in becuase they are fun. After the meet, who knows what the goals will be.
