On my first ever shirt day 365 was just 5, then 3 inches from my chest. On my second workout it was 7 or more inches. Could you guys provide some feedback on what I could be doing wrong? My first guess is that I need to get the shirt further up my arms. To complicate things, my left elbow starting bothering me on my 2nd shirt day. The bicep/forearm area. 365...

I had a great time competing at the 8-31-08 usapl bp nationals. My goal was to was to set a bp pr and I accomplishment that. The 220 open class had 13 lifters. I went for the win on my 3rd attempt because Tim already had 600 on the board and the rest of the lifters were trying over 600 too. Tim did a great job bp 642. I missed 611 right in the middle of the lift. So, I got a 4 place medal ...

Did some floor preses and 2 board in the shirt. Worked up to 565 and stopped there, having some elbow pain still. I screwed up the video on the 565, so I only hve a 515 to show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdY-XOPBByg

You'll make it. Keep your head up. Mine is almost guaranteed not to be as bad as yours just because thyroid is simple to treat. I can tell you though, if you want to... you will come out of all this much stronger in ALL aspects of your life. I know I did! Rather than let it bring you down use it to catapult you forward.
