ok, after seeing your pictures, you do not need to cut at all - you need to lift heavy things regularly and eat. Set a reasonable bodyweight goal and read this article - http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-n...tion-or-is-it/ Plan your diet numbers out and then use a tool like fitday.com to record them. Lift, eat and rest and stop this cutting nonsense lol

I know how you feel bro. I've been sick 2 times within the last 4 weeks. Both times I felt like sh** for 3-4 straight days. However, I dragged me @ss into the weightroom and hit it. Hardest workouts I've had to get through but I did.

a whole workout dedicated to arms?
Published (2009-11-30 13:06:00)
"Most" people that lift will be wasting a day at the gym if they do arms only. Compound movements are generally more beneficial, however advanced lifters sometimes can benefit from an arm only day. Highly experienced bodybuilders seem to have a more arm only days, lots of isolation. IMO til you can really lift heavy they would be a waste of time.

Calories are calories...when you stop drinking the milk, you'll have to replace those calories with something else.
Food, equipment, gym memberships, supplements...it get's expensive and not everybody can afford to do it. Just do the best you can.
Prioritize your goals and fit it into your budget. If getting bigger is your goal, then food will have to be the priority. Food and lifting ...

I am not sure how well this will apply to you, but...
I have recently been working out with still (gymnast) rings. With their unrestricted freedom of movement, gravity forces you to work on your weakest ranges of motion.
Doing angled push ups and isometric holds has seemed to help some of the shoulder pain I was experiencing.
However, my pain may be different than yours, and thus ...

Sure, just stay tight and bail safely to avoid injury. Then drop the weight and get all of your prescribed reps or advance in your desired style.

Farmers walk
After reading about farmers walks on here I decided to tag some onto the end of my workout today. (Chest Tris-Shoulders)
It was more of an experiment than something I planned but WOW what a workout I used 5olb bells and just walked up and down the gym untill I could not hold them anymore.

When I was bodybuilding I would use a tape measure every once in a while,
but the mirror is your best friend. Calipers are great to see where you're
at bodyfat-wise, but once you get used to readings and if you pay attention
to the mirror, you don't even need calipers anymore to tell where you're
at.

Interesting observations. Here are some other things to think about.
1) Muscle separation is a function of diet and not training. With lower bodyfat you can see the individual muscles better.
2) Bodybuilders don't necessarily train each area with greater frequency than other strength athletes. For example, many bodybuilders will train each bodypart once per week, while many strength ...

Past experiences with this...
I had a friend that was doing a typical Hardgainer style routine using the Trap Bar for his main BIG lift. He was dedicated to his 20 rep Trap Bar deadlifts. Deep into the cycle his deadlifts started to stall while the other lifts were going up nicely. He was frustrated because he was so focussed on his deadlifts and didn't care as much about the other lifts....

Help with Traps
Hey guys! I am here to ask about some good Trap exercises.

Go see a doctor about this pain you are suffering from if you have not already. Then you can decide what exercises you can and can't do.
