Anytime you are pulling on something with your hands facing down you are working your shoulders,triceps and a little bit of your back. I've been working with a personal trainer for over a year now and by far the best results strengthwise for me have been upright rows, lat pulldowns, and the tri pushdowns. Make sure that you work out symmetrically though. If you are going to work out those muscles, make sure you get time in on the bench as...

you want to do about 3 sets of about 6-8 reps to where you get fatigued, or you really can't possibly do one more. I wouldn't rush into trying to do that for atleast a couple weeks of working out, start out somewhat easy and get into a routine. I started working out off and on last august and came to college weighing roughly 130 lbs. I got into a specific routine and stuck with it around february this year and over the summer...

the nylon or bag suit is great you can wear as much or as little under it as you want(sweats etc) and have full mobility, as you get in the water you let the air out and it fits tight to your body then...vacuum packed... bone dry...you go out and do your set and come back unzip and get out DRY and warm....I've used them for 20 years and they last 6 to 8 years if you take care of them. worth every ...

I spend the winter time watching vids of my riding from the summer and trying to disect it into what does work and what doesn't. My cousin who is almost 40 started taking gymnastics to work on inverts. He is the oldest person there by over 20 years haha so I like to tease him about being a creep. Probably not feesible to most but still an option. Up here in Canada we will build a jump that ...

you're absorbing the wake w/ your knees. stand tall. also, you seemed to just throw your head back. go up and back...this will also help you to stand tall.
