Paul is supposed to get a bonus next week too, probably not very big though. And I got a car! It was at a good price, 2002 honda civic, and I'm going to be paying a little under $200/month for it. I put $1000 down, so between that and Christmas I'm not saving much this month, but going forward we should be able to save. My friend was in CT too. How strange. We so could have went to their party, but I think it started snowing earlier in CT then up here. I'm going to call her later and see how it went. D's brother came over instead, we ended up having drinks and playing Uno. I got my butt kicked. But it was a blast. How did the tree decorating turn out?

Ouch!!!! I hope he feels better soon!!!!! We arent bothering with a tree this year.... theres no where to put it, and Im not feeling very christmasy. Im just looking forward to having 2 days off in a row!!! and spending time with the in laws on christmas day! and sleeping on boxing day lol.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. It was tough, it was Thanksgiving week and the funeral was on my birthday of all days. :-( It was in a way, convenient though because people had work off already and could spend more time with each other. Wow, you did awesome last month! I am in a transitional phase with the new job and now the holidays, and we spent a bunch of money for presents. I mean, not an insane amount, but certainly enough. Bad news is, I have to buy a new car and I am really not pleased about having to have a car payment. It's going to make it a lot harder to save anything. :-(

I'll help you revive :) December of 2012 is probably the earliest we'll even be able to start TTC, (when I graduate from school) so I may even fall into the 2013 category, LOL! Wow that's far away. But, I guess it's always possible that we can start TTC in fall of 2012, but that's pushing it a little for me, as I will already be stressed in my last semester of college. Here's to hoping the ...

They seem to come in every fall!! My cat seems OK now. He ate them all last year and this year, he just plays with them and meows at them... Got any plans for the weekend, everyone? We're going to see DH's relatives play music at our local library this Sunday.

I have $8546.39 so far with all my interest accumulated as well, and I saved $596.44. I pretty much told my tips, but what I've been doing also is putting to savings extra hours of work instead of spending the extra money. There are so many things DH would like to spend on, and I have to stop and say woah, we're saving for a house remember? We don't NEED it! lol It's hard to say no though ...
