I am refacing my cabinets in the new year so we can sell

Not sure if you would be willing to go this route, but we didn't have one professionally installed.....you can buy good ones at
Canadian Tire and places like that for way less than paying to get one put in. They are super easy to do.

Olympia Tiles has a Clearance centre for overstock/leftovers warehouse near their main showroom (Lawrence & Dufferin) They don't always have nice stuff but worth checking it out if you're looking for a plain tile/backsplash. Their main showroom has awesome stuff but it's obviously full price. Main showroom is 1000
