I'm with you on the fingers crossed for good weather! It was COLD this morning, but I was perfectly dressed so I think I'll be good for tomorrow (conditions are supposed to be the same I think).

Oh man, I totally thought I was coming in to a race. My run was good. I stuck with the scheduled 4k. We went for Indian food earlier and my belly wasn't up to 9. I felt good though, and feel like I'm getting better. I'm now looking forward to 9 tomorrow. Fingers crossed for good weather! Glad to hear your parties went well Marlene. You have will power made of steel!

No problem. Your feet should stay on the foot pads (or whatever they're called). Mine shift forward too, which I find annoying. I'm not sure if they're supposed to do that or not, but they do and I just kind of move them back as necessary.

OK a quick pop in to say while the Santa Shuffle in Toronto sucked! My time was great! I did the 5k in 30m 44secs. I took 40 seconds off my last race time. I'll have more later.

Great job ladies!!!!! I was up a pound this morning I am 116....but considering all of the times I had to eat out this past week I am not surprised and actually relieved that it was only one pound. I actually even lost an inch of my arm and bust!

I used it and found it was mediocre. Nothing different than my Ginseng tablets. If you read the ingredients it's made of American ginseng. I found I got sick as I normally would have. Try it? Get one of their smaller packs? I didn't have much success with it, but maybe you would?

Ok, I'll bite. Confessions: My willpower failed me a bit, but not nearly as much as yesterday. I had a few tiny things, like a square of dark chocolate, two pieces of turkish delight, and a few chocolate covered banana chips. Oops. But, they weren't worth it, and so I am going to try to have no confessions tomorrow (with a slight exception - see below) Today: B: Fibre 1, FF yogurt...

Could be just hemorrhoids. "What are hemorrhoids? The term hemorrhoids refers to a condition in which the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed. Hemorrhoids may result from straining to move stool. Other contributing factors include pregnancy, aging, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and anal intercourse." But if you are concerned, you should go see your doctor...

IMO, clean eating isn't necessarily (Or at all) about eating organically, it is about eating food that is in it's original form, rather than processed foods. Foods that grow on trees and shrubs, and in the earth, and having lean sources of protein. It's about not having refined sugars, and white processed flours, foods that are man made, not earth made. Think peanut butter. Check out ...

Don't rely on the arm things. You'll burn more calories using larger muscles (i.e. your legs) to propel you. Don't let it get going to fast that your legs are just moving. Make sure that each time your leg does a rotation that you're actually exerting yourself. Basically: don't rely on momentum. Stand upright, but not too erect.

I eat the seeds...I'm pretty sure you're supposed to. I've been eating them my whole life. My mom used to buy them for me when I was little & I'd have a blast picking all the little "rubies" out. I don't think the seeds in pomegranates are any different than seeds in raspberries or strawberries. I never really though about the seeds before? Maybe I'm just used to them?

First off: make time. Working out has to become a priority. If you really want to workout, you'll find the time (the general you, not just you personally). Secondly: videos are a start. Schedule it into your day so that you won't make any excuses. Thirdly: Don't start too hard, otherwise you may hurt yourself or burnout and get discouraged. Good luck!

Howz about some tuna with a granny smith apple chopped with it? Add a bit of lemon, small amount of olive oil (or any high quality oil). Just another little plug One of my favs has always been 1% or NF cottage cheese with Sillouette (sp?) yogurt, especially the "dessert" ones. And if you're looking for high protein and all you can think is meat, eggs, and cheese, guess what? Thats...
