the tang has ich, you should return hm to the store for credit. other than that, I suggest putting him in a separate and dosing a
parasitic formula (eg. Chem-Marin 'Stop parasites')

Turn your lights off for a few days to stop photosynthesis and then carefully clean off all the algae. Don't just wipe it off into the water. Get it out of the tank all together. Perhaps the
water source for your big water change added excessive nutrients which cased an algae bloom?
