Did you reboot after installing the driver? Perhaps, you could test another driver version from the list. There are official Realtek 64bit drivers on the Gateway site for the one model of the GT series, but don't think it will work on your model. Anyway, if you want to give this one a try, you can do it. Found another one: Gateway-Sigmatel-HD-Audio-Driver-61054050-x32-x64

These registry programs will promise to fix everything from slow PC's to Global warming, most don't do very much of anything, if you do decide to go that route please back up your registry first. (just in case). Have you tried un-installing and updating your video drivers ?. Give it a go and post your ...

I'm running Windows 7 64bit and I've also been having BSOD's whilst using my X52 Pro and after troubleshooting the issue it returned that SaiH0762.sys is most probably the cause of the issue. I've had to reinstall my OS a couple of times due to getting a new HDD but the problem has persisted so I don't think a reinstall will fix your problem. Looks like we're in the same boat.

In the services tab right next to the startup tab, check the box that says "Hide all Microsoft services" and then see if you can find it there. Uncheck it. You can always recheck these items again, so don't worry about it. If neither of these work, see if you can find it in Device ...
