You will need to go through the process of turning off system restore, then enabling it again, in order to clean the restore points. Do you notice anything in particular when you get re-infected?

Broni I had to reimage my pc. Combofix would not work and after working on it for so many days I finally threw in the towel. Thank you for all your guidance and help.

Malwarebytes log says "No action taken" after each entry. You either didn't apply fixes, or you posted a log from before fixes. Please, re-do.

Hijackthis log need to be copied and pasted into the thread, not attached. Also, you really should follow the advice given by the security experts instead of just posting a hijackthis log.
