I liked it for what it was. I certainly enjoyed the gameplay aspects more than the story. People complain about the high encounter rate, but it helps in experience and class grinding. I also found it to be a lot more challenging than IV and VI, for that reason. The story leaves a bit to be desired, in my opinion. It's not great, but it's far from emetic. FF13, probably not. FF14, on the other hand, probably yes. This. but only because it's a bad idea to pirate mmorpgs >_>. The ironic part is that there ain't a single current gen game I would actually pay money for. I would pay for a good game (like P4 if it wasn't dubbed this bad), but none of the 360 games I played so far were worth buying, least of all SE games.
