All Pokérus does is increase your stat gains from battles (some further detail available in the sticky topic if you're interested). Any weird behavior like the other stuff you mentioned is unrelated glitchiness. Mistiming an attempt to clone Pokémon can definitely cause things like that, for one.

What kind of techniques should Togetic have if I were to use it for competitive battling? I like to use Pokemon with all offensive techniques and nearly no defensive/status techniques if possible. I was thinking of using: Flamethrower Psychic Shadow Ball Fly I'm not an experienced player with the Pokemon games so please suggest what techniques I should use and why.
