Who have you been talking with? I see more people say the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation have aged poorly than people who say they are just as good or better than they've always been.

I know there is one person here who has it. But I'll not mention who in case they want to come in here and brag.

Even looking at this with hindsight I'm not so sure it was a "mistake" to use cartridges instead of CDs. Nintendo's gaming livelihood was based upon the cartridge format all the way up to N64, so why would they want to change at that point? At the time no other CD system even came close to success. Snowboard Kids 2 costs more simply because it is more uncommon. There aren't any major new features to the game, so if you liked the first game then it is a safe bet. Nice. SM64 and Ocarina of Time are my two favorite games of all time. I didn't really like starfox 64 and pokemon stadium was okay. Paper Mario is pretty decent. Did I cover them all?

Well, when it comes to games, that's all opinions. But if you want to talk about its performance in the market, it is difficult to say it was successful.
