I'll let aga tell you about the "2nd xpac" since he enjoys it so much :P however a new xpac means its the PERFECT time to get into it. a lot of people will roll new toons since they will have 2 new toon slots (again refer to aga for info on this xD) also, Brandywine is very populated

Well, Bree-land is an incredibly boring zone if you ask me. That may explain things if you played as a Man. Lone-lands was very tedious as well which was the followup zone, but they just revamped the whole zone.
