What is your internet connection and network that you are using? Sounds like the game may be hanging up while trying to access Turn 10's servers.

i actually really like the Anime cars, but am pretty picky with what to choose.. Forza 2 was hard to find anime cars and if you found a decent one you'd need a bit of money to get it i'd actually like to see more Simpsons or Looney Toons cars lol

I don't think the Ford Indigo would work because the lack of open wheel cars leads me to believe the game engine doesn't support them (there are reasons they're probably harder to implement.)
