Well I started when I was a little kid and I am still learning today. I have sort of settled on most of the things I will make and eat on a regular basis, but I still like to try something new now and then, especially for seasonal stuff. I imagine if I ever have a legitimate kitchen to call my own I will expand greatly for a short period of time...but that's further on down the road (where I can't really see so well)

Anyway, it's I've got to sign off now, so it's time to admit that this is an incredibly silly thing to argue about. I was just bored at work and looking for an argument, and this seems as good a subject as any. I sincerely thank nematollah for providing a willing opponent. It's been quite entertaining.

Sorry if I sound like an American food hating elitist, i'm not, but it's true... And the reason i'm not is because despite that, I still love...

On Sunday, when we're having our big Thanksgiving dinner, I'll be making pecan tarts, pumpkin cheesecake, and chocolate chess pie (basically a chocolate custard pie.) I was really thinking about doing either an apple pie or a pear pie, but 3 pies are going to be more than enough and I decided to do homemade applesauce instead, so everybody can still get their apple fix if they want.
