I've just nominated him. Although, he definitely won't make into the actual character battle.

Actually, I'm not so sure I'lleven get there. I did, I did... Of course that was before we knew for sure that you wouldn't get anything for maxing a character's stats. Although technically there's a still a very very miniscule chance that you'll get something for maxing both characters. :P

I think his attacking strength doubles. Either way his damage goes through the roof and he now has a defensive move which reduces damage done to him by a huge amount as well. The horizontal slash is kinda useless when your combo is doing crazy damage by itself. It's slow and you can get the same overall effect with a jump attack because you will never fight multiple targets with hatless Rue.

*potential spoilers* Fighting monsters in Valen's Fortress. Or if you can't be bothered to repeat the game or beat it with the other character, you can just get money from Maya's Tower. (I THINK this is the fastest way without Valen's Fortress. Not sure, as I haven't played in forever.)

I finished maxing my stats on both characters early in the year and haven't played since. Though I have played this year at least.
