I finished Rumble in the Jungle Extreme in about 3 tries. It took me around 10-12 to finish S & A extreme. Not everybody is godlike with the combat and that challenge test your skills more than the others.

It autosaves. To trigger it, change rooms/areas. You'll see a swirly thing in the corner of the screen indicating a save.

I have not heard of an "amatuer" level. Just easy, neutral, and hard. How young is this kid? Because this game is not for younger gamers. It's very dark (not unlike the comic version of Batman)
