Fitz, thanks for responding! That will help us help you with recommendations. I hope others chime in, but here are a few that I've used: Tamilee Webb's I Want that Body - this focuses on arms, abs, and legs, so it's missing chest and especially back. It will feel hard, especially at first, but Tamilee gives pretty good instruction. You'll need dumbbells. One great thing about this DVD is that there are two levels of each...

Actually, I am not very experienced with exercising at all. I have really been luck most of my life and have never really NEEDED to exercise.....since 40, it has been a gravitational downward spiral...... I guess you could say that I am pretty much a beginner in exercising. I have done it enough to know that I hate to run and really don't like cardio, it is too much like running. I am not worried about my calorie intake, as I am not...

Maybe you can start your workout with a video you are already familiar with, then add on section by section of the new one until you learn it. That way you get your workout in and learn a bit of the new one too.
