Thanks Nat! (by the way, love the name ) After reading your post, I looked into the 'advanced workout videos' and I think they may kill me! Insanity and P90X have just what I am looking for in terms of systems, but I think the actual workout would be far to hard me. Next I'm going to check out the the less advanced ones you suggested. Thanks for the reply. I'll be looking for new videos in both cardio and weights. I have more than enough pilates and yoga. i like individual videos. I used to use a barbell set with my Cathe's, but I no longer have it. I rented "Get Ripped" by Jari Love today. I was amazed at how light of weights I had to use (when I used weights at all). It will take me a while to build myself ...

I have the Firm parts Upper body and standing legs, I have Jari Love's first tape and Ripped 1000. I also have Cathes Pyramid upper and lower body. I need help with starting with one of the tapes. Should I start with Jari Loves for 6 months and then change to Cathe or the Firm. I generally like training upper and lower body splits 3 days a week. However, I like the concept of ...
