Hi Cassandra - Welcome to VF. I don't have much advice to offer on these particular videos. But I encourage you to post again in the General Discussion. More people visit there directly and will see your post. Best wishes, Nat

Welcome, Cassandra! One option is to get the best of both worlds. For example, do your upper body split, like Cathe Pyramids Upper, on Monday; your lower body split, like Cathe Pyramids Lower, on Wednesday; and a full body workout, like Jari, on Friday. Hi Cassandra! I'm no expert, but I do have (or at one time had) all of the workout you have listed there. I think that if you choose the right weights, Jari's full body workouts are tough! You will feel well worked by the end. The pyramids are one of my favourite sets of weight workouts, and I enjoy alternating them and adding cardio. You could do the same with the Firm parts! However, I like the concept of Jari Loves total body program. I am concerned if the weights...

Toning Without Cardio I am currently 41 years old and am 5' 0" and weigh 115 lbs. I am not overweight, I know that, but I REALLY need to tone my poor aging body. I hate cardio exercises, but am beginning to love exercising with some DVD's I have purchased. What I am looking for is a GREAT DVD that isn't all cardio, and will ...

Maybe you can start your workout with a video you are already familiar with, then add on section by section of the new one until you learn it. That way you get your workout in and learn a bit of the new one too.
