I took this from an Advanced Jillian rotation I found on-line (can't begin to tell you where I found it) and tweaked it. I'm at the end of week 1. We'll see if I finish this rotation. I've had a hard time sticking to a rotation for more than a few weeks since CLX. I think it looks good. Like you said, it might help you decide what types of workouts you like best and what you enjoy doing the most (which, in my experience, usually leads to the best results ).

B-B-Bootcamp! Jump-Start/Plateau Buster Rotation This is a twice-a-day, fairly intense rotation. I would do it as a jump start or plateau buster for a week or two at most. I like your rotation, Angela. I have everything but Essentrics and this is a great way to fit them all in. So, are Essentrics different enough from CS that they are worth having? I already know the answer but I have to ask.

Okay, so what have I tried already?
1 Walk Slim: I enjoy Leslie a lot and have used the rotation here when coming back from a fitness hiatus, illness etc. I seldom stick to it for a whole six weeks, but it's a good, solid rotation and covers all the bases.
