I have been swimming in a pool at my gym. I have noticed that my swim suits are wrecked after only a couple of months. Can anyone recommend a good quality brand (that won't break the bank)? Thanks!

what type or brand of shoes would you recommend for me? Right now for cardio I walk a couple miles outside or on the treadmill and whatever cardio is incorporated in my Firm dvds. I wear skechers and notice that my heels and the ball of my feet hurt almost like a burning sensation but not quite i'm not sure how to explain it. This only happens when I"m exercising,... when I walk normally, for...

Bought these today, and they're literally sticking to the floor. Have any one else had this issue, and does it go away? Right now, there is no way I can pivot (unfortunately, my brain & feet still wanted to because Cathe said to...) It seems like a gel portion in the middle of the forefoot of the outer sole is the culprit & it isn't just traction. I like the shoes except for that. Any ...

REVIVING... anyone still own & use theirs? i found a craigslist seller who is selling the danskin bench and the plates + padded barbell combo. there's a small rack behind the seat near the floor that holds the plates (different design than the one that holds the dumbbells). i.e., the plate rack holds the plates "abacus style" if you can imagine that. how small does the bench ...

Does anyone know if I can replace the battery myself in a Polar A5 heart rate monitor? If so, can you show exactly what battery I should buy and maybe some instructions? Thanks alot!

Can you recommend a H20 fanny pack with Nalgene bottles? DH has a Camel back but his back gets too hot with it. TIA!

Is there a HRM which gives total time in 2 different zones? I don't mean an average heart rate but actual time spent is each of 2 zones. I'm sure those with pc software would give this info (which ones ?) but would prefer something less expensive.

Please let me know where and how much. I'm quite desperate for a heavier barbell since my green FIRM sculpting stick is now too light to do much with. I might still own my FIRM Barbell -- it's in storage in FL with my xDH's stuff, but I won't know what condition its in and if he actually kept it until October.
