you need to gain weight. its not a pointless pain in the ass, your body most likely currently doesn't have the stores it needs to function properly, and long term you're putting yourself at risk of problems. instead of trying to eat massive portions, maybe work on increasing your calorie intake by eating more things that are nutrient dense- put a tonne of avocado on your salad, a ...

It is not a live virus so no one will spread anything to you.
